Healthy chips

Potato Chips
INGREDIENTS-Potatoes 4-5 small size
-Salt - to taste
-Chilli powder 1 tsp
-Chaat masala half tsp
-Oil for frying
METHOD
Soak potatoes with skin for 2 to 3 minutes. Then peel the potatoes and wash it nicely and dry with kitchen napkin. Dry perfectly. Once its dries.
Slides the potatoes and dry in plate. Keep single single. Dont make pile. Then fry the potatoes till golden brown. Take it out from oil.
Add all other ingredients and mix all it ingredients.
Serve it with chai
Its good for kids
