How to Make Ghee from Cream

Ghee is rich in butyric acid. You can make ghee from butter also. I have tired ghee from cream

INGREDIENTS
- Full milk cream
- Curd
METHOD
Boil the full cream milk. Once its cooled down at room temperature refrigerate for 9/12 hourAfter that you will see a thick layer of cream in milk. Take it in another vessel and freeze it.
Do it alteast for 1 week so that you can have a full bowl of cream. Or wait till your bowl is full
Once your bowl is full take it from freeze and bring it to normal temperature and add 2/4 tbsp of curd into it and mix it. And keep at normal temperature for 2 days.
After two days take a empty pan and heat it. Once the pan heat nicely add this cream into it and keep for boiling. Keep mixing so that it doesn't stuck it. After a while you will observe that ghee is separating from cream.
The ghee is done when you see browned butterfat caramelized on the bottom of the pan and the top portion of the ghee is clear.
Strain the ghee and make it cool down.
