Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and toss well to coat evenly.
Sprinkle with sev and serve immediately.
- 1 cup mixed sprouts lightly steamed 1/2 cup diced semi-ripe green mango
- 1/2 cup pomegranate arils
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts (optional)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 tbsp finely chopped green coriander
- 1 tbsp finely chopped mint leaves
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice/white vinegar
- 1 tsp red chilli flakes
- 2 tsp jaggery/honey
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp black salt
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- 1/4 cup bhujia sev for garnish
