Manchurian Recipe

Whenever there is too much rice left at home or left over, we either fry it or make its tikki, but today I have brought a very funny recipe, you can make it like this and share it if you like.

Ingredients:
  • Leftover rice - 1.5 cups
  • Onion- 1/2 cup
  • Tomato -1/4 cup
  • Capsicum -1/4 cup
  • Cabbage - 1/4 cup
  • Green chillies - 2
  • Chilli flakes - 1 tsp
  • Tomato ketchup -2 tbsp
  • green chutney -2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice -1 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves - 1 tbsp
  • Cooking oil
  • Salt to taste

Method

Leftover Rice - 1/2 Cup

Take 1/2 cup boil rice. 
You can also use fresh new rice.

Put Rise in blending jar

Not to add water!
Run Mixer 2 - 3 times.
After put rice in a small bowl.
Add few vegetable as soon in image below.

You can add any vegetable of your choice like carrot etc.
Add Salt to taste.

Add 1/2 tsp of chilli flakes or chilli powder

Add 3 tbsp of all purpose flour-corn flour

Grease your hand with oil. so its cannot stick on your hand.
Now make round balls.

Make round small balls

Ready to fry all balls.
Fry it till turns golden brown and than take it out.
Now take new pan and heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan.
First add green chilli and garlic as soon in below image and mix it well.
Now add onion, tomato and capsicum.

Fry it for a minute on medium flame

When it cook well turn you gas in low flame.
we have to add red chilli powder so keep gas low. red chilli powder not burn.

Add 1-2 tsp of red chilli powder

Add 1/2 tsp of red chilli flakes (Optional)

Mix it

Add 2 tbsp of tomato ketchup

Add 2 tbsp of green chutney

Mix it well

Add 1-4 cup of water

Add 1-2 tsp of salt

Cook it for few seconds and mix it well.

Add fried rice balls

Cook it for few seconds on medium flame.

Turn off the flame.
Serve it.

Garnis with it with green chillies or spring onion.
