Sheer Khurma Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- Milk 1 ltr
- Custard Powder 1tbsp
- Chalori 50gm
- White Sew half cup
- Ghee 2tbsp
- Sugar as per taste
- Saffron (Kesar) 6-7 string
- Badam Pista Powder 2tbsp
- Badam Pista Katran 2tbsp
- Kharak Powder 2tbsp
- Dry Coconut 4 tbsp
- Any flavor milk 100ml (optional)
METHOD
Take a milk add sugar, and custard powder ( mix the custard powder in 3/4 tbsp milk and mix nicely) and mix in cold milk, no lumps should be formed and keep a side, stair in a while. Add saffron ( mix saffron in 2-3 Tbsp milk for over night) After 10-15 minutes. Keep that milk on stove at medium flame.
On other hand take a vessel add ghee and heat it up then add dry coconut, and kharak mix well be sure it does not burn, later add badam pista powder and mix on other hand keep stirring milk so that custard doesn't settle down and add sew ( just break it little little with hand) in milk, add chalori and keep stirring till sew cooked nicely then add this milk into that mixture of dry coconut and kharak and mix it and keep it for boil it, after 5-10 minutes add badam pista katran and mix it.. And let it boil for 10-15 minutes.
Then add flavor milk and allow to boil for 5 minutes so that its mix nicely and close the stove.
If you don't want to add any flavor milk then its ok after 10-15 minutes boil close the stove
Serve hot
( if you want to add raisin then soak raisin in water for over night in morning remove seed from backside of raisin but be sure that raisin should not be tear out if it happen then that raisin dont add in milk or else milk will turned out sour).
While pouring in sheerkhumbo in glass before that add one spoon of raisin then add sheerkhumbo.
