Kharak Recipe
Here i show you 4 to 5 types of recipes of Eid Kharak
INGREDIENTS
- Kharak 4-5
- Rose Syrup 2tsp
- Grind Badam Pista 1tbsp
- Ghee 1tbsp
- Kesar (Saffron) 2-3 String
- Milk Powder 2tbsp
- Milk1tsp
METHOD
Soak kharak in water. Add rose syrup in water. Soak over night.
Next day you will be kharak will be big enough. Dry it and remove seed from it.
On other hand, heat ghee 1 add milk powder, badam pista, saffron, milk and mix it nicely.
Cool it at room temperature.
Now take a kharak fill this mixture inside it and again wrap kharak with this mixture and foil it.
Served chilled
Type 2
INGREDIENTS
- Milk 1 cup
- Kharak 3-4
- Badam Pista Powder 2tbsp
METHOD
Soak kharak over night. Next day remove seed from it and fill the mix of badam pista.
On other hand boil milk, add kesar in it and cool add kharak in it.. Cool down remove kharak from milk and foil it.
Type 3
INGREDIENTS
- Kharak 4-5
- Mawa Half Cup
- Milk Powder 2tbsp
- Milk 2 Cup
- Badam Pista Powder 2tbsp
- Rose Syrup 2tsp
Soak kharak in milk for 5-6 hours. Boil that milk on stove. Boil till milk become thick. Remove kharak from it and seed it.
On other hand cool down milk add rose syrup, badam pista powder, saffron and mix it.
Fill this mixture in kharak and wrap kharak with this mixture
Foil it.
Served chilled
Type 4
Gulkhand kharak
INGREDIENTS
- Kharak 4-5
- Gulkhand 3-4 Tbsp
- Badam Pista Powder 2tsp
- Milk Powder 1tsp
- Rose Syrup 5-6 drops
- Saffron 3 string
METHOD
Soak kharak over night in water add rose syrup . Next day remove seed from it and keep a side.
On other hand mix Gulkhand, milk powder, badam pista powder, milk, saffron and make soft mixture.
Fill kharak with this mixture.
You can wrap kharak with mixture for more taste.
Foil it
Serve chilled
Note:
Dont add sugar in all above kharak.
