Wheat Soup (Atta Soup)
INGREDIENTS
- Oil
- Jeera
- Lavng
- Taj
- Black Pepper
- Ginger Garlic Paste
- Onion Chopped - half medium
- Carrot Chopped - half
- Peas - 1tbsp
- Green Chilli - 2
- Lemon - 1tsp
- Curry Leaves- 3-4
- Mint Leaves
- Coriander Leaves- pinch
- Aata- 1tsp
- Water 1 cup
METHOD
Heat a oil add jeera, taj, black pepper, lavng, saute them then add ginger garlic paste and saute them then add Chopped veges and salt allow to cook for 5 to 6 minutes. Then add aata and mix it and add water, and allow to boil then add Coriander leaves,mint leaves, curry leaves, lemon and allow to boil.
Serve hot!!
Note
After adding water if it is still thick add more water as per need.
