Pan Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 egg
  • 2 banana
  • 1 cup refined flour
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Jaggery powder- as per taste
  • Butter / Ghee for frying
  • For Garniche ( Fruits & Honey)


Method:

Peel and chop bananas, in a mixing a bowl add chop bananas, egg, refinedflour, cinniamon powder, vanilla extract, jaggery, pinch of salt for amazing taste blend it well and make a smooth thicker batter keep a side for whole night or 2/3 hours for a good taste, it helps batter to rise nicely.

Now its a time for frying, heat a pan and add butter or ghee, take a ladle full batter and pour it in a centre of the pan, now cover the pan and allow to cook for 2/3 mint on a low heat uncover the lid and apply butter on upper side and flip it over and allow to bake for 15-25sec and remove in a serving plate garniche with fruits,honey,cream, nutella.

Notes : 
You can garniche as per your choice, I garniche with honey and banana, For a healthy you can use wheat flour instead of refined flour
