Chilli Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • Chilli- 300gms
  • Sugar-1tsp
  • Water - 1/4th Cup
  • Oil - 2 Tbsp 
  • Garlic- 3/4 Cloves
  • Ginger - 1inch
  • Salt- half tsp
  • Vinegar- 1tsp
  • Cumin Powder - half tsp
  • Coriander Powder- 1tsp


METHOD 
Slice the chilli and keep aside. Take a pan heat a oil add cloves and ginger and saute them till golden brown add green slice chilli and saute them. 

Add water and cover the lid and allow to cook for 10-15 minutes. Chilli will become softens. Then allow to cool completely at room temperature. Grind this mixture. It should be soft paste. 

Take a pan and heat it add this paste and vinegar,salt, sugar, Cumin powder, Coriander powder and saute it nicely and its ready
Can be store for 1-2 weeks in refrigerator.
