Garlic Chutney

INGREDIENTS
  • Garlic 10-12 Cloves
  • Oil - 2tsp
  • Corrinder Seeds- 1tsp
  • Dry Coconut -1/4th Cup 
  • Peanuts - 1tsp
  • Fenugreek- Half tsp
  • Jeera- 1tsp 
  • Sesame Seed ( til) - 1tsp
  • Salt- Half tsp
  • Chilli Powder- 2tsp
  • Tumeric- 1tsp
  • Amchur Powder- Half tsp


METHOD 
Heat the oil, add garlic cloves saute till golden brown, then add peanut again saute for 30 seconds then add sesame seeds. 

Fenugreek, jeera and saute them..till turns aromatic later add dry coconut and roast nicely for 2 minutes.

Cools down completely then take a grinder add this roasted things in it, add chilli powder, amchur powder, salt, Tumeric and grind them nicely.

Tadaaa its ready

Can store for 2 /3days in refrigerator.
