Green chutney itself says it is green color. Chutney mean something chat pata or  something delicious. Green chutney mainly use for Khaman, Idli, Sandwiches, or Etc.

Even it is used as salad. Kids loves chutney. Even they eat with roti.

Ohk so green chutney can be made of Corrinder leaves, Mint leaves, Garlic, Etc.

There are many ways to make green chutney. Everyone has its own ways to make chutney and yes everyone knows it how to make. I will show you 2-4 ways to make chutney.

INGREDIENTS 

Type 1

  • Corrinder leaves ( dhaniya) 1Bundle
  • Mint leaves  (phudina) half bundle
  • Garlic cloves 8-15
  • Green chilli 5-6
  • Lemon juice half
  • Salt to taste
Type 2
  • Corrinder leaves ( dhaniya) 1Bundle
  • Roasted Peanuts 1 cup
  • Garlic cloves 8-15
  • Green chilli 5-6
  • Jeera (half tsp) 
  • Lemon juice half
  • Salt to taste
Type 3
  • Corrinder leaves ( dhaniya) 1Bundle
  • Mint leaves  (phudina) half bundle
  • Grated Coconut 1/2 cup
  • Garlic cloves 8-15
  • Green chilli 5-6
  • Lemon juice half
  • Salt to taste
Type 4
  • Corrinder leaves ( dhaniya) 1Bundle
  • Mint leaves  (phudina) half bundle
  • Roasted cashewnut (kaju) 
  • Curd half tsp
  • Garlic cloves 8-15
  • Green chilli 5-6
  • Lemon juice half
  • Salt to taste

METHOD 
Chopped corrinder leaves and mint leaves and blend all ingredients according to type / different styles you want.
