During this hot summer our water levels get decreases. To maintain our body hydrate we need to have citrus fruits.

Today i am sharing you a healthy water melon shake.
Water Melon Milk Shake
INGREDIENTS- Milk 1 Litre
- Water melon
- Custard powder 1 Tbsp
- Sugar
METHOD
Pour milk in vessel add sugar (according to taste) and keep on stove. In one bowl add custard powder and add little milk and mix it nicely. No lumps should be there. Add this custard in milk and mix it.
And bolied milk
On other hand crush water melon into small pieces and refrigerate.
Once the milk is cooled down at room temperature then refrigerate
When its times to serve shake. Mix water melon pieces into milk and mix
Serve it chilled.
