Pav Bhaji Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- Tomato 2 Medium size
- Carrot - 1 Medium size
- Capsicum 1 Medium size
- Green Peas 100gm
- Potatoes 3 medium size
- Cauliflower - 100gm
- Onions -2 medium size
- Butter -
- Oil - 2tsp
- Garlic -4-5 cloves
- Pav Bhaji Masala 1tsp
- Red Chilli Powder 1tsp
- Salt - as per need
- Garam Masalla- half tsp
- Tumeric - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander Leaves
- Lemon Half
- Pav ( buns)
METHOD
Add carrot ,Capsicum , peas,potatoes and cauliflower to the cooker and give 2 to 3 whistles,open it once its cool down and mash the vegies nicely. And keep a side.
Now take a pan, add butter and oil and heat it up. Now add chopped onions and saute them till it turns out little pink ( should not be burn).after that add Chopped garlic in it and saute them till it turns aromatic then add Chopped tomatoes and saute them till oil separate.
Add pav bhaji masala,red chilli powder,salt and garam masala powder and mix it with, add the mashed veggies into it, now keep mixing till water absorb and becomes thick ( it should not too thick or too thin if its too thick then add little water) all vegies mix nicely with all masala.
After that chopped coriander leaves and little butter keep on slow flame for 5 minutes and then close it
Tadaa bhaji ready
Serve hot
For buns (pav)
Split the bun from middle, apply butter on it and roast it
Its ready
While serving in plate add bhaji and garnish with Chopped onion, lemon and butter
