Banana Candy Halwa Recipe

Recipe for banana candy halwa:

Ingredients:
- 1 cup banana candy, chopped into small pieces
- 1/2 cup ghee
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds and cashews for garnishing


Instructions:
  1. Heat ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan or kadhai over medium heat.
  2. Once the ghee is melted, add the banana candy pieces and stir until they melt and become smooth.
  3. Add milk to the pan and stir well.
  4. Keep stirring and cook for about 5 minutes or until the mixture starts to thicken.
  5. Add sugar to the pan and continue to stir until the mixture becomes thick and starts to leave the sides of the pan.
  6. Add cardamom powder to the pan and mix well.
  7. Remove the pan from heat and transfer the halwa to a serving dish.
  8. Garnish with chopped almonds and cashews.



Serve hot or cold, as desired.
