Carrot Juice Recipe

Simple recipe for carrot juice:

Ingredients:

  • 4-5 large carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 1-2 cups of water
  • Optional: ginger, lemon, honey, or other fruit or vegetable juices for added flavor


Instructions:

  • Wash and peel the carrots, and chop them into smaller pieces.
  • Add the chopped carrots to a blender or juicer, along with 1-2 cups of water.
  • Blend or juice the carrots until smooth.
  • If desired, add ginger, lemon, honey, or other juices to the mixture for added flavor.
  • Serve the carrot juice immediately, or store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days.
