- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp water
- sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix well.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each chicken piece into the egg mixture, then coat with the flour mixture.

- In a separate small bowl, mix cornstarch and water together.
- Once the chicken is cooked, remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the honey-sriracha mixture and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the cornstarch-water mixture to the skillet and stir until the sauce thickens.
- Add the cooked chicken to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions, if desired.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Note: You can adjust the amount of sriracha sauce used based on your preference for spiciness.
