Mango Barfi
- Mango 2 medium size
- Milk powder 2tbsp
- Milk 1ltr
- Lemon - 5-6 drops
- Sugar - as per taste
- Saffron - 3-5 string
- Almond - 3-6
- Pistachios - 6-7
METHOD
Take a milk and allow to heat up at medium flame. After 5-7 minutes add 5-6 drops of lemon. As you will add lemon drops milk will sour.
Now allow to heat up till all sour water absorb and becomes thick. Then add sugar and allow to melt it.
Once sugar melt it up nicely, add milk powder and mix it nicely, then add mango pulp into it. And mix it and heat it up for 2-5 minutes till it becomes thick then add saffron to it and close stove.
Now take a plate and apply ghee all over the bottom and pour mixture into it and tap it ao no bubble formed. Allow to cool down at room temperature.
Then garnish with almond and pistachios katran and fridge it for 4-5 hours
Instead of mango you can add banana also
